Carrot leaves pesto

Home made pesto is very simple and fresh. You will not buy it again after you've made it once!

  • washed leafy top of 9 carrots

  • 40 g pine nuts

  • 20 g parmesan

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 100 ml olive oil

  • pepper

  1. Put all the ingredient in a food processor

  2. Mix well for a few minutes

  3. Enjoy with pasta, fish or meat
