Simple and delicious

120g pasta
100g gorgonzola
50g hazelnut
1 courgette
1 shallot
50 ml white wine
80 ml of milk
Preheat the oven to 180C. Put the hazelnuts in a baking tray and cook them in the oven for 15 minutes.
Put a big pan with water to boil. Once it is boiling add the pasta and cook as per instruction.
Peel and cut the courgette lengthwise. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Once hot add the courgettes and cook them for 8 minutes.
Peel and chop the shallot. Heat a small pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, once hot add the shallot. Let it cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Add the white win and let it simmer. Add the gorgonzola cut in small pieces and the milk. Mix and let it melt for a few minutes.
Chop the hazelnut.
Mix the sauce with the cooked pasta.
Pour the pasta in the serving plate. Add the cooked courgette on top then scatter the chopped hazelnuts. Enjoy!
