Fig and goat cheese mini toasts

Figs are back!! Perfect for a tasty apero.

For 16 mini toasts

  • 4 slices of walnut bread (from E5 Bakehouse)

  • 1 small goat cheese log

  • 2 big figs

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • dried thymes

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  1. Preheat the oven at 180C.

  2. Cut the slices of bread in 4 pieces. Brush them with the olive oil.

  3. Slice the goat cheese and put a slice on each mini toast.

  4. Add honey and sprinkle with the dried thyme.

  5. Wash the figs. Cut them in quarters then half each quarter.

  6. Put them on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Cook for 10 minutes in the oven.

  7. Enjoy warm or cool down.
