Home made granola

Perfect for a healthy and crunchy breakfast or snack

  • 200 g oat

  • 100 g hazelnuts

  • 50 g walnuts

  • 50 g pecan nuts

  • 80 ml apple juice

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 pinch of salt

  1. Roughly chop the nuts in a blender.

  2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  3. Put baking sheet on 2 baking trays.

  4. Scatter the mixture and cook in preheated oven at 170C for 30 minutes. Mix every 10 minutes. Let it cool down. Store in an airtight container.

  5. Enjoy with milk, yogurt and fruit.
