Pork tacos

Delicious and simple

For 2 persons

  • 300 g minced pork

  • 1 red onion

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 2 scallions

  • 50 g grated gruyere cheese

  • taco mix spices

  • 4 soft taco wraps

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Chop the red onion. Wash the red pepper, remove the seeds and slice it.

  2. Heat a frying pan with the olive oil on medium heat. Once hot add half of the chopped onion, cook for 3 minutes then add the bell pepper. Cook until the bell pepper is soft around 8 minutes.

  3. Add the minced pork and the spices, mix and let it cook for 3 minutes.

  4. Add the chopped tomatoes, put on low heat and cook for 10 minutes.

  5. Meanwhile, wash and chop the scallions. Cut in half the avocado, remove the seed, peel it, cut it in chunks, add a teaspoon of lemon juice salt and pepper and roughly smash it.

  6. Warm up the wraps just before eating.

  7. Serve the pork mixture alongside the smashed avocado, half of the chopped red onion, chopped scallions, the grated cheese and the warm wraps.
