Family dish. Quick and easy
For 4 persons
250 g coquillettes (macaroni pasta)
100 g parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons creme fraiche
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves
Peel and chop the onions and garlic cloves. Wash the brocoli and chop it.
Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt as per instructions.
Heat a frying pan with the olive oil on medium heat. Once hot add the onion and garlic, cook for 3 minutes then add the brocolis. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Once the pasta are cooked, drain them and pour them in the brocoli mixture. Add the creme fraiche and parmesan cheese (keep some for serving). Add 4 tablespoons of the water you used to cook the pasta. Mix well.
Pour in the serving plates, sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
