Coquillettes (macaroni pasta) and brocoli risotto

Family dish. Quick and easy

For 4 persons

  • 1 brocolis

  • 250 g coquillettes (macaroni pasta)

  • 100 g parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons creme fraiche

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 onion

  • 2 garlic cloves

  1. Peel and chop the onions and garlic cloves. Wash the brocoli and chop it.

  2. Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt as per instructions.

  3. Heat a frying pan with the olive oil on medium heat. Once hot add the onion and garlic, cook for 3 minutes then add the brocolis. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Once the pasta are cooked, drain them and pour them in the brocoli mixture. Add the creme fraiche and parmesan cheese (keep some for serving). Add 4 tablespoons of the water you used to cook the pasta. Mix well.

  5. Pour in the serving plates, sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
