Roasted mini sweet peppers

Simple party trick, perfect for apero

  • 300 g mixed baby peppers

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 3 rosemary sprigs

  1. Put on a baking tray all the ingredients

  2. Toss to coat the peppers

  3. Cook in a preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes

  4. Flip the peppers and cook for 15 more minutes

  5. Let it cool to serve
