Perfect filling summer dish
For 2 people
180g cooked salmon
1 iceberg lettuce
4 medium size potatoes
bunch of dill
1 tablespoon of capers
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
Peel the potatoes and cook them in boiling water until tender 20 minutes (depending on the size). Once cooked let them cool down and cut them in small pieces.
Wash the lettuce and slice it lengthway. Put it in a salad bowl.
Wash and slice the radishes, add them in the bowl.
Wash and chop the bunch of dill, add it in the bowl.
Sprinkle the cooked salmon and capers in the bowl.
Add the cool down and cut potatoes to the bowl.
Mix the mustard with the mayonnaise, pour it into the bowl. Mix well and enjoy
