Fulfilling family dish
For 4 people
250 g of cannelloni pasta
400 g pork chipolata sausages
400 g chopped tomato can
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon of sugar
100 g grated cheese (gruyere)
Herbs de Provence
25 g Breadcrumbs
Fill in the cannelloni with the sausage and place them in an oven dish.
Peel and chop the onion. Peel and crush the garlic gloves.
Heat a pan on medium heat with the tablespoon of olive oil. Once warm, add the onion, let them 3 minutes then add the garlic. Mix. Cook them until soft and golden.
Add the chopped tomato can. Add the sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Mix and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes. 5 minutes before the end add the herbs de Provence and mix.
Poor the tomato sauce on top of the cannelloni. Mix grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Add them on top of the tomato sauce.
Cook in preheated oven at 180C cover with aluminium foil for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and cook for 10 more minutes.
Serve with a salad.
