Spiced lamb kofta

Simple and delicious

For 6 koftas


For the kofta

  • 500g Lamb mince⁣

  • 100g Rose harissa ⁣

  • Bunch of coriander (chopped)

  • 6g Paprika⁣

  • 1g salt⁣ ⁣

For the aioli

For the topping

  • Pomegranate molasses⁣

  • Bunch of chives ⁣ ⁣

  1. Mix everything together for the kofta. Roll into 70g balls then shape into rectangles.⁣ ⁣

  2. Peel and crush the garlic clove then mix it into the mayonnaise.

  3. Pan sear the koftas for a few minutes on each side then roast in the oven at 180C for 7 minutes. ⁣ ⁣

  4. Allow to cool slightly then brush with the pomegranate molasses and top with the chopped chives. ⁣

  5. Serve with the aioli, Turkish style salad and warm pita bread.
