Turkish style salad

Plenty of flavours and crunchy

For 2 people


Salad ingredients

  • 12 cherry tomatoes

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 1/4 small red onion

  • 1/2 red pepper

  • 1/2 green pepper

  • 1/2 bunch of coriander

  • 1/2 bunch of parsley

Dressing ingredients

  • 1/2 garlic clove

  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • sea salt and black pepper

Ingredients for serving

  • 200g Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon milk

  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes

  1. Halve the tomatoes. Peel the cucumber and onion. Remove the seeds of the red and green peppers. Chop the cucumber, onion and red and green peppers very finely and place in a bowl.

  2. Chop the herbs. Peel and crush the garlic clove, mix with the dressing ingredients. Add the herbs and dressing. Toss well and check for seasoning.

  3. Chop chili flakes. Mix with the Greek yogurt and milk.

  4. Eat with grilled meat and warm pita bread.
