Delicious soft and sweet treat
For 6 persons
70 g sugar
30 g honey
60 g coconut oil
50 g sour cream
100 g flour
50 g hazelnut powder
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon baking powder
50 g roughly chopped hazelnuts
In a big bowl mix the eggs, the sugar, the honey, the oil and cream.
Add the lime zest and its juice.
Add the flour, the hazelnut powder, the salt, the poppy seeds and the baking powder. Mix well.
Put the mixture in an oiled cake tin.
Scatter the chopped walnuts on top.
Baked in preheated oven at 180C for 35 minutes.
Let it cool down and remove from the tin.
