Pear hazelnut and chocolate crumble

Delicious!! Perfect balance: crunchy, fondant and tasty

2 persons

  • 50 g brown sugar

  • 50 g hazelnut

  • 10 g flour

  • 30 g butter

  • 1 pear

  • 25 g dark chocolate

  1. Peel and cut the pear in small pieces. Pour it in your ramekins

  2. Blend the chocolate to get a powder with some bigger chunks. Pour it on top of the pear

  3. Blend the hazelnut to get a powder with some some bigger chunks. Cut the butter in pieces. Mix butter, sugar, hazelnut and flour to get a crumble

  4. Poor the crumble on top of the chocolate

  5. Cook in preheated oven at 180C for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown

  6. Let it cool down at least for 30 minutes before eating
