Rhubarb and apples crumble

Delicious served warm with vanilla ice cream

For 4 persons

  • 8 sticks of rhubarb

  • 2 apples

  • 120 g flour

  • 140 g sugar

  • 80 g butter

  1. Peel the rhubarb sticks and chop them in small pieces

  2. Sprinkle 20 g sugar on top and let it aside for 30 minutes

  3. Peel the apples and chop them

  4. Mix flour, sugar and soft butter together with hands until getting a homogenous powder

  5. Drain the rhubarb

  6. Put chopped rhubarb and apples in a tray

  7. Scatter the crumble topping on top

  8. Cook in preheated oven at 180C for 30 minutes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
